Cancellation policy (right of withdrawal)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AionX Longevity UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Adalharstraße 42, 85391 Allershausen, Germany, email: info@aionxlongevity.com, phone: +49 176 79222303) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email or letter). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time of withdrawal compared with the full scope of the contract.

Premature expiry

For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performing after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance.
