Terms and conditions
Booking system of AionX Longevity UG — as of July 2026.
§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the booking system (buchung.aionxlongevity.com) between AionX Longevity UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Adalharstraße 42, 85391 Allershausen, Germany (“AionX”) and its customers regarding hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) sessions, diagnostic services and session packages. Deviating customer terms apply only with express written consent. The terms of our main site www.aionxlongevity.com/agb apply in addition.
§ 2 Services and health notice
AionX offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions (60 minutes), diagnostic services (e.g. breath gas analysis) and session packages. Our services are wellness or complementary applications; they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Before the first HBOT session, the digital health questionnaire including the consent declaration must be completed truthfully. In case of contraindications, sessions may be made conditional on a physician's clearance or declined.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of services in the booking system does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the booking or purchase process, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon booking or payment confirmation by email.
§ 4 Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payment is made online via our payment provider Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or on site by card. Purchased sessions are credited to the customer account. An invoice is issued for every payment and made available in the customer account.
§ 5 Validity of sessions and packages
Purchased sessions and packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We give timely email notice of upcoming expiry (3 months, 1 month and 1 week in advance). An extension is possible on request via our team. Sessions are non-transferable; no cash payout is made.
§ 6 Appointments, cancellation and no-show
Booked appointments can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge in the customer account up to 24 hours before the appointment; any session used is then re-credited. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the session used is forfeited or a cancellation fee up to the session price may be charged. In cases of hardship (e.g. documented illness) we will find an accommodating solution — please contact us.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal may be declared informally to AionX (e.g. by email to info@aionxlongevity.com). Compensation is owed for services already rendered if the customer expressly requested that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance if the customer expressly consented to the start and acknowledged the loss of the right. § 8 Customer obligations
The customer undertakes to complete the health questionnaire truthfully and completely, to notify us of any changes in their state of health without delay, and to follow the safety instructions of our staff. Please arrive approx. 10 minutes before your appointment at the showroom (Leopoldstraße 248, 80807 Munich).
§ 9 Liability
AionX is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, AionX is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. AionX is not liable for consequences of incorrect or incomplete health information provided by the customer.
§ 10 Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data, including health data, can be found in our privacy policy.
§ 11 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Munich. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
